Hi I'm Felicia Conley LCSW, the owner of Tamarack Therapy Services. I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens and adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and attachment. I also have a great deal of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, relationships, high stress, and difficulties with self-esteem. I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Maine Presque Isle, and received my graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Maine in 2018. I have since worked in various settings, including in-home, school-based, and outpatient community mental health. I focus heavily on building the therapeutic relationship and strive to provide a comfortable setting to help guide and motivate growth. My approach is supportive, open, and non-judgmental, providing you space to understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe environment. I use various treatment modalities and techniques based on the individual need, such as CBT, DBT, Person-centered and Trauma-focused.
